Unit Cabinet Construction:

• Exterior Casing parts shall be 18 gauge pre-painted G-90 galvanized steel with Coastal coat casing with electrostatically applied polyester powder coat paint finish. Finish shall be capable of withstanding a minimum 5,000 hour salt spray and fog atmosphere exposure in accordance with ASTM B117
• 100% O.A. Intake Hood with two position motorized damper
• Unit cabinet exterior and interior have factory applied Institu ES2® coating with 10,000 Hour Salt Spray rating per ASTM B-117 test procedures

Unit Controls include:

• (1) Carel Programmable Microprocessor controller programmed with Modine Controls
• System ® with stand alone operation with field configuration, setpoint adjustment, and
• scheduling accomplished at the unit.

Refrigeration system:

• Refrigerant circuits with Single Modulating Digital scroll compressor mounted on isolators for acoustical purposes.
• Refrigerant circuits include liquid line filter driers, TXV, crankcase heaters; high and low pressure cutouts and service fittings.
