This comprehensive distillation system is purpose-built for high-volume cannabis/hemp oil processing and includes everything needed for a fully operational distillation lab.

System Includes:

• Wiped Film Evaporator (Degasser) — 2m² evaporator with 3m² shell-tube condensers, feed/discharge pumps, and ABB VFDs
• Double-Stage Short Path Distillation — Two 2m² short path evaporators with built-in 4m² condensers, cold traps, and ABB VFDs
• Full Vacuum System — Multi-stage setup including Roots pumps (ZJ70, ZJ150, ZJ300), diffusion pump, slide valve pump, and atmospheric jet pump
• Accessory Package — 300L raw material heating tank, 24KW heating oil furnace, thermoregulation device, chiller, explosion-proof electrical control cabinet, and two-story equipment platform with stainless steel fencing and stairs
