Complete Delta Separations FFE-60 falling film evaporator train from a decommissioned Kansas facility, fully operational and showing only light usage — light amber process residue in the collection kegs is the only evidence this system ever ran.

230V control panel with Siemens disconnect, E-stop, and three selectors; provides Class I Div 2 Groups B/C/D intrinsically-safe circuit extensions per the FFE-60 Facilities Guide.

System includes:

• Evaporator column on stainless frame
• Jacketed receiver pot on its own frame
• Wheeled condenser/pump skid with three Alfa Laval brazed-plate heat exchangers
• Gear-reducer-driven discharge pump with four-gauge manifold
• Alicat Scientific mass flow controller
• 1.5" sanitary tri-clamp interconnect throughout
• Two stainless collection kegs with tri-clamp manways, gauges, and relief valves
• Heat-transfer hoses, tri-clamps, and gaskets
