Near-new Delta Separations rolled film distillation (RFD) skid, this unit is barely broken in. The turbomolecular pump inlet is still sealed in its factory bag, unused connectors are still bagged, the QC APPROVAL sticker is intact on a gear pump, and blanking caps remain on unused ports. The only sign this system was ever used is light distillate residue in the receiving flask.

Complete turnkey system on one welded stainless 2-tier mobile cart. Fully operational at decommissioning.

System includes:

• Jacketed evaporator body, stainless condenser/cold trap column, feed vessel, glass receiving flask
• Twin heated discharge gear pumps (Beaker & Wrench OEM, 24 VDC) with dual PID pendant
• Rotor/wiper drive head (Heidolph)
• Vacuum package: Edwards nEXT 240 turbomolecular pump (unused), Edwards nXDS10iC dry scroll backing pump, Edwards vacuum gauge controller, stainless flex bellows and KF hardware
• Thermal package: Julabo BC4 heating circulator, Julabo SL-12 heating circulator (12L, to 300°C class), Julabo FP 40 refrigerated/heating circulator
• Spare stainless lab jacks, spare tri-clamps, Ham-Let stainless ball valve, WEIPU quick-disconnects, spare terminal block

Nothing missing, factory configuration throughout. This is about as close to new as a used RFD skid gets; a strong option for a buyer who wants distillation capacity without the wear.
